Dec 2021.1440-1442.   <a href=\"http:\/\/doi.org\/10.1089\/tmj.2020.0520\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/doi.org\/10.1089\/tmj.2020.0520<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Resumen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Contexto: <\/strong> El cuidado de salud est\u00e1 experimentando innovaci\u00f3n disruptiva notable con el uso de tecnolog\u00eda, incluyendo telemedicina y modalidades virtuales de cuidados. Estos nuevos modelos pueden mejorar dram\u00e1ticamente el acceso a cuidados y reducir disparidades en el cuidado de salud para los pacientes, especialmente en poblaciones desatendidas y vulnerables como los ni\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Problema:<\/strong> Para garantizar la difusi\u00f3n y retenci\u00f3n de los nuevos enfoques, hay que evaluar su valor econ\u00f3mico. Sin embargo, medir los programas de telesalud usando solo un punto de vista financiero institucional no transmite todo el valor social de estas intervenciones. Se necesitan estudios econ\u00f3micos sobre telesalud, pero su dise\u00f1o es complejo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>M\u00e9todos:<\/strong> Revisamos gu\u00edas de estudios econ\u00f3micos, detalles de los protocolos de investigaci\u00f3n de estudios de telesalud, preguntas enviadas al IRB y la literatura sobre el dise\u00f1o de estudios de telesalud. Utilizamos entonces un proceso iterativo de consenso para desarrollar un marco de medici\u00f3n del valor del cuidado virtual a nivel social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\"><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> La labor produjo herramientas que son \u00fatiles para dise\u00f1ar estudios para medir el valor del cuidado virtual a nivel social.
