Ms. Zartman brings over 20 years of pediatric healthcare and Medicaid expertise to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Imagine Pediatrics. In this capacity, she enables the seamless delivery of our care model by ensuring we have the operational effectiveness needed to deliver integrated, personalized care to children with special health care needs and their families.

Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Health and Acute Services at Imagine Pediatrics, where she led 24/7 virtual urgent care, care transitions, and mobile integrated health programs while overseeing all health services programming across the organization.

Prior to joining Imagine Pediatrics, Ms. Zartman’s leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Texas Children’s Health Plan and National Director of Clinical Operations at UnitedHealthcare Community & State, where she managed large-scale healthcare implementations and operations across multiple states.

Ms. Zartman holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri and dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Nursing from Benedictine University. She resides in Houston, Texas with her husband and four children.
