Chief Technology Officer

Ms. Agen serves as Chief Technology Officer of Imagine Pediatrics, where she oversees the strategy and development of the ecosystem of data and digital products that support the enablement of our care model. In this role, Ms. Agen leads the Data, Engineering, Product, and IT Infrastructure and Security functions, leveraging technology to deliver integrated, personalized care and support to the children and families we serve.

Ms. Agen brings a strong background in data transformation, analytics, and business intelligence to her leadership role. Before her current role, she served as Senior Vice President of Data at Imagine Pediatrics. Prior to that, Ms. Agen held technology and analytics leadership roles at various healthcare organizations including Cityblock Health, Modern Health, Comagine Health and health plans including UnitedHealth Group.

Ms. Agen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, specializing in strategy and business analytics. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Smith College. She lives in Wasco County, Oregon with her family.
