Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, multidisciplinary, pediatrician-led medical group. We provide fully integrated 24/7 virtual-first and in-home care to children with special health care needs. We work collaboratively with a child’s existing care teams to give every patient expanded access to fully integrated medical, behavioral, and social support. Children can now spend less time at the hospital and more time safe at home.

We do not replace a child’s current doctors or care team. We work with health plans, providers, caregivers, and community resources to effectively expand patient access to care and make a measurable difference in patient experiences and outcomes.
