If you experience a problem that is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint or grievance with Imagine Pediatrics. All complaints and grievances are reviewed, recorded, and addressed as appropriate.

Filing a Complaint with the Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB)
The Georgia Composite Medical Board (GCMB) is responsible for regulating and enforcing the Medical Practice Act to ensure public safety. The Board evaluates each complaint to determine if it falls within its jurisdiction, which includes various healthcare professionals such as physicians, physician assistants, respiratory care professionals, acupuncturists, and more.
Anyone can file a complaint with the GCMB to report possible misconduct and hold medical providers accountable. Complaints can be submitted online or by mail using the downloadable form available on the GCMB website. When completing the form, provide as much detail as possible, and if a section does not apply, write “N/A” (not applicable). Anonymous complaints are accepted but must include sufficient evidence for the Board to take action.
