Filing a Complaint with a State Licensing Board
The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs manages complaints regarding the competence, professional conduct, or ethical violations of licensed healthcare professionals. If you have concerns about the quality of care, professional conduct, or services provided by a physician, physician assistant, or other licensed healthcare provider, you may file a complaint with the appropriate New Jersey licensing board.
