Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC)

The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of caregivers, parents, and Imagine Pediatrics team members who work together to improve care. Families bring their real experiences, and our team listens, learns, and acts on their ideas.

When families and care and tech teams work side by side, we create better care and stronger support together. PFAC Advisors:

Share their personal experiences to help us see what is working and what could be better.

Provide feedback on care, services, technology, and communication.

Partner with our doctors, nurses, and tech teams to shape our tech-enabled care model.

Actively support engagement and
enrollment of new families.

Review and help improve family-facing materials so they are easy to understand and use.

Collaborate on short or long-term projects that enhance care and family experience.

Mission Moments: Claire & Koa Find Support with Imagine Pediatrics

Caring for a child with special health needs is hard. Claire says Imagine Pediatrics supports her and her son Koa so he can have more safe days at home. We also work with her child’s doctors and specialists. This team approach gives Claire peace of mind.

Dr. Patricia Hayes, our Chief Medical Officer, explains how Imagine Pediatrics partners with a child’s current doctors and care team to provide more access to medical, mental health, and social support.
