Ms. Yang ensures our care model is sustainable by judiciously investing in areas that maximize our impact, while also empowering our teams with actionable data and insights to drive patient care. Prior to Imagine Pediatrics, Ms. Yang was the CFO for AIM Clinics, a center and in-home provider dedicated to delivering evidence-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families who are from communities that experience health inequities. While at AIM Clinics, Ms. Yang played a pivotal role in the clinic’s merger with Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, a large multi-site provider of outpatient services designed to improve the quality of life for thousands of children and families touched by autism spectrum disorder. After the merger, she continued on with Hopebridge to ensure a smooth consolidation with AIM and led Hopebridge’s FP&A function as VP of Finance. Prior to her career leading Finance at pediatric healthcare startups, Ms. Yang accumulated a robust career in Finance after spending time at Sandbox Industries Blue Venture Funds, Primus Capital Funds, William Blair & Company, and UBS Investment Bank. She earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She currently lives in Chicago, Illinois with her family.
