Ms. O’Rourke enables the seamless delivery of our care model by ensuring we have the partners, infrastructure, technology, and communication needed to deliver high-quality, personalized care to the children and families we serve. Ms. O’Rourke began her career as an RN, serving complex pediatric populations and families in the NICU. She later became a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner serving all ages in various settings, including retail health. While a practitioner at CVS Health, she moved into clinical operations and oversaw the medical practice of more than 300 MinuteClinic centers across the Midwest. After CVS Health, Ms. O’Rourke held national and executive leadership roles at Landmark Health, a full risk VBC model, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, reducing total cost of care by increasing access, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. While at Landmark, Ms. O’Rourke scaled the business from five to 18 markets while overseeing a team of nearly 2,000 clinicians and support teams. After Landmark and before joining Imagine Pediatrics, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Cortica, a Value-based Care Pediatric Neuro-Behavioral organization caring for neurodivergent children and families. Ms. O’Rourke earned a M.S. in Family Practice Nursing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has served her community in acute, post-acute, ambulatory, home health, and virtual settings. Today, she resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with her husband and three children.
