Mr. Young helps ensure that Imagine Pediatrics is implementing sound legal practices and providing safe, compliant, and ethical care to the children and families we serve. He has spent the majority of his career practicing law in the health sector, providing counsel on enterprise level contracts, risks, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of the Legal Department for Amedisys, a publicly-traded provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care in the home. In nearly 10 years with Amedisys, he advised on acquisitions in excess of one billion dollars, which brought increased clinical access and capabilities to thousands of additional patients. In addition, Kyle negotiated Amedisys’s first enterprise-wide, value-based care arrangement, which aligned quality with pay. Prior to Amedisys, Mr. Young was an Associate Attorney for Adams and Reese LLP and Miller & Martin PLLC. He earned a B.S. in Political Science and Government from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, he resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his family.
