Ms. Hall oversees talent acquisition, culture, human resources, onboarding, and training at Imagine Pediatrics. The work she leads ensures that we have the right people in the right roles to reimagine health care together and improve the health and lives of children with medical complexity and special health care needs. She first joined Imagine Pediatrics as Interim Head of Talent. Before that, she was the Director of Talent Attraction & Enablement for WelbeHealth, a comprehensive care provider that empowers seniors to age at home and in their community, often at no cost. At WelbeHealth, Ms. Hall built the Talent Acquisition function from the ground up which included building systems and processes to support the organization's talent brand, candidate journey, interview assessment/hiring process, and strategic sourcing support for recruiting. She also supported the company’s launch in four California markets, scaling from 10 to more than 350 employees in four years. Before that, Ms. Hall served as a Talent Brand Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Credit Karma. She also spent time as a Corporate Recruiter and Marketing and Business Development professional at Evolent Health, which partners with health plans and providers to achieve better outcomes for people with complex health conditions. Ms. Hall earned a B.A. in Communications from James Madison University. She lives in Broad Run, Virginia with her family.
